“A Quiet Door You Can Knock On”

Contact Haiku Universe

Subheading / intro text:
You are welcome to reach out —
with questions, ideas, invitations, or quiet thoughts.

This is not an automated call center.
Behind Haiku Universe there are real people,
working with care, time, and limited energy.

We may not answer immediately,
but when we do, we try to answer thoughtfully.

Email & Practical Info

If you prefer to write from your own email program,
you can contact us at:

haikuuniversum@gmail.com

You can also mention:

  • Location (city / region) – e.g. “Based in Zürich, working internationally (online).”
  • Languages you’re comfortable replying in:
    • English
    • German
    • [others, if you wish]

Haiku Universe is currently based in Zürich,
and works with people and organizations around the world — mostly online.

You can write to us in English or German.
If you are more comfortable in another language,
you are still welcome to try; we will do our best.

For Collaboration & Institutions

If you represent a school, university, cultural institution,
organization, or collective, we would be glad to hear from you.

Please include, if possible:

  • who you are and your role
  • the kind of collaboration you imagine
  • the context (school, festival, retreat, conference, community project…)
  • possible dates or time frame
  • whether the focus is more on learn, create, heal, or a combination

We can explore:

  • workshops and labs
  • guest talks or performances
  • long-term or recurring programs
  • publications and artistic projects

You can either use the contact form above
or write directly to [your collaboration email] if you separate it.

Boundaries & Response Time

We try to respond to messages with care and clarity.
However, Haiku Universe is a small initiative,
not a large office.

This means:

  • responses may take some days,
  • sometimes we cannot say yes to every invitation,
  • we cannot offer emergency or crisis support.

If your situation feels urgent or involves risk to yourself or others,
please contact:

  • local emergency services
  • a trusted person in your life
  • or a professional helpline / mental health service in your region

Our work can be a gentle companion,
but it cannot replace direct emergency support.

Closing Line

A small poetic closing at the bottom of the page:

Every message is a small bridge.
If you feel called to write, this is your side of the bridge.
We will meet you as best we can from ours.
